I received, and love the product. However, you might want to consider a box for shipping next time. This pump nozzle unlocked during shipping and about an ounce of the BioFreeze got all over the inside of the bagged shipper, made quite a mess. But the product is still great. I sent a photo and this information to an email address on the contact info, but it evidently went to cyberspace. I still have a photo if you want to see.
