Shipping Policy
At ESA Medical we pride ourselves on customer service. We try to ship most orders within two business days, from the day we receive them. We stock all of our inventory and try to ship many orders that are received by 2:00 PM EST, the same business day. We do not ship any orders on Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays. Orders received during weekends and holidays, are usually shipped next business day.
We ship all our order via UPS and USPS. Expedited shipping including Next Business Day (Standard Overnight), 2 Business Day, and Expedited Delivery is also available to most areas.
For orders over $50.00, there are no shipping charges, and those orders will be shipped standard ground shipping. There are no handling charges on any of the orders. Please note that orders in excess of 10 lbs do not qualify for free shipping, however, please contact us directly to see if your large order qualifies for special discounts.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation of the order. Once the order is shipped we will provide you with carrier and tracking information. Please allow 3 to 4 business days for all ground orders to arrive.

Return Policy
While we hope that you’re always delighted with your order, we understand that there are instance where you need to return items. We offer a 30-Day Return Policy for all unopened, unused and in new condition items. We cannot accept back any product that has been opened, has a broken seal or shows signs or tampering. As you understand most of the products we sell are personal use items, and once opened can’t be resold. All items that we sell (unless specifically stated) have warranties on the products. If an item is not working, please let us know and we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer for repair or replacement of the product if it falls within the terms of manufacturer’s warranty.
To get started on your return, please complete the simple form listed below to obtain Return Merchandise and Authorization Number (RMA. Upon receipt of your form we will provide you with the RMA # and proper return address. Please ship the package back with the RMA # clearly on the label of the package. If available, please include copy of your sales order inside the package. This will help to properly identify your order and expedite the return process. Packages will not be accepted with postage due, refused or “return to sender” for RMA package returns. The Customer is responsible for properly packing the product so it arrives in new, undamaged and unused condition. If for some reason a package comes back on our account or postage due this will delay the return process and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please allow 5 business days for processing of your return. Returns received without an RMA number will not be accepted and cannot be credited. Due to card processing restraints, the return must be received within 30 days or receipt of product to be eligible for refunds. Returns are for unopened items only. For items that are defective or broken that may be covered under the manufacturers warranty, we will provide you with additional information as to how to contact the manufacturer.
